Lotus Naturopathy & Massage is a holistic health clinic based in Ourimbah NSW and is owned and operated by Michelle Doorey. 

Lotus offers a variety of holistic health services such as Remedial Massage, Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine, Herbal Medicine, Health & Fitness Coaching and Personal Training.

The goal of Lotus is to provide a high standard of holistic health services by using evidence based natural medicine to help empower and educate you to take control of your health and be the best version of yourself possible.

Lotus has several highly skilled therapists offering appointments in their chosen field. 

Michelle is a fully qualified, accredited and insured Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist, Remedial Massage Therapist, Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer. 

Michelle holds Adv. Dip. Naturopathy, Adv. Dip. Nutritional Medicine, Adv. Dip of Western Herbal Medicine, Diploma of Remedial Massage & Cert IV in Fitness qualifications as well as being a certified Timeline Transformation Therapist and Accredited Practitioner in Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. 

Michelle is an accredited member of the Australian Tradition-Medicine Society and AUSactive and is also a Registered Practitioner listed with the Complementary Medicine Practitioner Association Council and Australian National Register of Accredited Natural Therapists.

Kate Dwyer is a fully qualified, insured and accredited Remedial Massage therapist. Kate holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage as well as being a Qualified Paediatric Massage Consultant, Infant Massage Instructor and certified in Functional Release Cupping Therapy. Kate is an accredited member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia. Kate brings years of experience and knowledge to the clinic offering her amazing skills in both Remedial and Relaxation Treatments. 

Lotus Naturopathy & Massage also shares the clinic with the extremely knowledgeable and experienced Kinesiologist - Aaron Farrell from Horizon Kinesiology. Aaron is a fully qualified Neuro-Training Kinesiologist with certificates in Solution Orientated Neuro-Training, Trauma Recuperation and Meditation and Kinesiology and also holds a Diploma in Human Anatomy & Physiology.
