Cancellation Policy

“My goal at Lotus Naturopathy & Massage is to provide quality health care in a timely manner. Therefore, please notify me if you are unable to attend your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. To assist with this, you will be sent a reminder of your upcoming appointment 48 hours prior to your allocated time. 

If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will incur a 50% cancellation fee, as someone else could have come in your place.”

If you are late to your appointment no extra time will be provided to make up your missed time & payment for the full booking time will be required. 

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice or not show up for your appointment without adequate notice, full payment for your missed appointment will still be required & pre-payment will be required for future bookings. If an appointment is not attended without adequate notice on 3 occasions I reserve the right to black list you from future bookings.
