When you book an appointment with Lotus Naturopathy & Massage, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Your booking includes consultation and assessment, hands-on treatment, time to dress and settle, aftercare advice, payment/rebooking. A 60-minute appointment refers to the total scheduled appointment time, with the hands-on treatment component typically being approximately 50–55 minutes.

This appointment structure is standard practice across professional massage and allied health clinics and allows us to provide safe, focused and effective treatment while maintaining high clinical, hygiene and scheduling standards for all clients.
